Rita Brown Rita is a 1990 Graduate of UMASS, Amherst where she received her Bachelor of Science in Animal Science PreVet and Equine Studies. She has 16 years experience in managing horses and barn facilities. For 7 years Rita operated the Race Lane Farm at Sheriff's Youth Ranch in Barnstable, MA. Rita then spent 8 years in Sandwich, MA operating Red Horse Farm as a dressage training facility.
She has also worked closely with handicap riding programs, YMCA camp programs, youth non-profit programs, local pony clubs, as well various dressage clubs. Rita has also organized and run several 2 phase and dressage shows.

Candidate must be energetic, positive person, have a horse to take your lessons on and be able to make a time commitment. College internships welcome. No housing available.
